About the Director
Dr. Vince Rizzo is the founder and director of AMES International School of Ministry (AISOM) and AMES Christian University (ACU). For decades he has been dedicated to equipping believers around the world with practical, Spirit-filled biblical training.
Dr. Rizzo has spent much of his life helping believers deepen their understanding of Scripture and step confidently into their God-given calling. Through his teaching, writing, and ministry leadership, thousands of students have been encouraged to grow in their faith and serve Christ more effectively.
Since the launch of AISOM in 2005, the ministry has trained over 90,000 students from 183 nations, creating a global community of believers committed to studying God’s Word and advancing His Kingdom.
The Calling Behind AISOM
The vision for AMES International School of Ministry was born out of a simple conviction: anyone whom God calls should have access to strong biblical training.
Over the years, Dr. Vince Rizzo saw many believers who had a genuine desire to serve God but were unable to attend traditional Bible colleges due to cost, location, or life responsibilities. This burden led to the creation of AISOM, a ministry school designed to provide affordable, Spirit-filled biblical education that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
Since its founding in 2005, AISOM has grown into a global ministry community, training tens of thousands of students from more than 183 nations. Pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, and everyday believers have all studied through the program with a shared desire to grow deeper in God’s Word and fulfill their calling.
The heart behind AISOM has always remained the same: to equip believers, strengthen churches, and advance the Kingdom of God through the teaching of Scripture.
Ministry Vision
Dr. Rizzo’s vision has always been to make biblical education accessible to anyone who senses a call from God. AISOM was created to provide affordable, Spirit-filled ministry training that can be completed from anywhere in the world.
Students are able to study at their own pace while continuing to serve in their churches, ministries, and communities.
The goal of AISOM is not simply education, but transformation through the Word of God and preparation for effective ministry.

In addition to directing AISOM and ACU, Dr. Rizzo is also a Christian author and teacher who has written extensively on topics such as:
